From Punch List to Move-In Ready
Construction dust gets everywhere — inside cabinets, on top of ductwork, in window tracks, behind outlet covers. A post-construction clean is really two or three passes: the rough clean after the trades finish, the detailed clean once the dust settles, and a final touch-up right before move-in.
We work off your punch list and your timeline. If the GC pushes the schedule, we adjust. If the inspector's coming Thursday, we're done Wednesday night.
