Most offices want us in after hours, so that's how we plan it. Your crew comes in once everyone's gone, works the same checklist every visit, and locks up and sets the alarm on the way out. If you'd rather have daytime service, we can do that too — some tenants' buildings require it.
Frequency is up to you. Some offices need us five nights a week, others do fine with two. During the walkthrough we'll tell you honestly what your space needs — it's not always more.
We also keep an eye on the small stuff that makes an office feel maintained: paper towels and soap stocked, breakroom counters actually wiped down, the conference room ready before your Monday meeting.
